Happy? Easter

They stood no chance. Their brightly colored shells a poor match for their surroundings. The frail blades of grass offered little cover for their bulbous sillhouettes. The eggs lay defenseless as throngs of ill coordinated twins descended upon them. It was Finn an Grey's first egg hunt. Grey ran with the best until both hands were full. Mom, Dad and Finn followed behind snatching up a few more eggs for the boys.

Once the dust settled, the boys met the bunny of the hour. The meeting went well, owing to the large, fuzzy head, I'm sure.

Finn was sooooo excited

From there we went wester for Easter across the water to Grandma & Grandpa B's. Grey actually ate some pizza for dinner. I know, right? Parents excited their kid is eating pizza?? Bedtime was a complete wreck. Holy crap. Once they settled down, things were ok. Until about 1 AM, that is. Finn woke up and wouldn't calm down until we brought him to bed. Grey woke up minutes later and went super nuts. I don't know if it was because Mom & Dad were there (come on, who wouldn't spazz about waking to find their parents sleeping across the room) or because Finn was in bed with us. Let's just say the rest of the night was less than ideal.

Nap time the next morning was equally awesome. We went out for a drive to scenic Silverdale, WA, where the boys napped napped in the car at a closed Best Buy. After 45 minutes of shuteye, we went back for some first class Easter grubbin. Grandma & Grandpa B got the boys some cute little Easter cards and gifts. Later that afternoon it was back to the mainland for dinner, baths and bed.
